HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) treatment is based on high-frequency, intensely focused ultrasound, which stimulates the regeneration of internal skin collagen layers, but is also helping the formation of new collagen.
HIFU is the only non-invasive treatment that uses ultrasound and the natural body reaction process for a non-surgical lifting of the skin that has lost its elasticity and firmness.

This technique uses acoustic energy and bypasses the surface of the skin to treat in depth, being unmatched by any other non-invasive cosmetic device. The sound energy used by HIFU has unique properties that treat the skin to a depth of up to 4.5 cm.
HIFU can be applied to both face and body. It works just as well for people who have darker or lighter skin, as opposed to laser or light with intense pulsation.
PROCEDURE:
HIFU is a unique system that provides three different depths for facial treatments and a specific depth for body treatments.
- 5mm / HIFU – attenuation of wrinkles by promoting neocolagenesis in the upper dermal layers and TCP (Thermal Coagulation Points) in the collagen-rich layer up to 1.5mm deep.
- 0mm / HIFU – facelift and collagen regeneration by creating TCP in the deep dermis (3.0mm).
- 5mm / HIFU – non-invasive facelift by producing TCP in SMAS. SMAS covers the facial muscles and is going deep under the skin for about 4.5mm. SMAS is composed of collagen and elastic fibers, and has the role of transmitting muscle contractions to the skin surface.
- 13mm / HIFU – reduction of fat by applying HIFU to the abdomen or other parts of the body affected by cellulite. The increase in temperature in the adipose layer causes its reduction by necrotic coagulation of adipocytes at temperatures higher than 56ºC.
HIFU introduces an ultrasonic energy concentrate deep under the skin, at an optimal temperature for collagen regeneration.
The client relaxes on the cosmetic bed, in a special atmosphere, benefiting from aromatherapy and melotherapy.

Treatment sessions frequency
Treatment sessions frequency depend on the treated area and the individual treatment plan. Good results appear after each session, but for lasting results it is important to follow an extensive program.
Several HIFU sessions are also needed for facial rejuvenation and skin rejuvenation, if the skin is mature and with deep wrinkles.
This treatment can be done:
- For prevention – young clients who want to prevent premature aging! In this case, even a three to four month treatment plan, twice a month, may be sufficient.
- For repairment – clients who already have problems with skin laxity, wrinkles and dark circles! In this case, more sessions will be required!
Each person’s skin will respond to the treatment in a unique way, so it is important to have realistic expectations. Skin problems of some clinets have been immediately improved, but in other situations a higher frequency of the procedure is required to maintain long-term skin elasticity.
The results differ from case to case, but the effects of this non-surgical facelift are expected to last a minimum of 18 months to about 2 years.

No worries, most clients perceive facial treatments as light and relaxing! Talk openly with our team about how you feel!
You can immediately resume your normal activities after this procedure, without the need to follow special post-treatment measures.
Sun or solar exposure is not recommended two days before and after HIFU treatment. It is also not good to wash your face with hot water or to take hot showers two days after the procedure.
The sensation felt after this treatment is: “something is tightening your skin (at least on the face).”
HIFU treatment does not have major contraindications.
However, it is recommended to seek for medical advice in case of: metal implants in the treatment area, pacemakers, blood clotting disorders and autocoagulant treatments, pregnancy, lactation, autoimmune diseases (lupus, vitiligo), auto-nervous diseases (psoriasis, zoster), epilepsy, cancers, vulgaris acne or active acne, injections with silicone in the treated area, severe endocrine disorders, dermatitis, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, irritation, inflammation, open wounds, heart surgery, affected facial muscle function, diabetes, treatment with botox, acid treatments (only at least 5 days after the intervention).
