2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Dermastudio.ro offers for sale **beauty and wellness services**, such as facial treatments, massages, and other aesthetic procedures, which are provided exclusively at the salon location, based on an appointment scheduled after purchase.
Services are purchased online, and the actual provision takes place on the date scheduled by the client.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Services may be purchased either with or without creating a user account.
Payment is made exclusively online, through the **Stripe** payment processor, using a bank card.
After payment is completed, the client will receive the order confirmation by email.
4. APPOINTMENTS AND RESCHEDULING
After purchasing a service, the client is required to schedule an appointment at the salon.
Each service or package may be **rescheduled only once**, subject to salon availability.
The maximum period during which a service or package may be used is **60 calendar days** from the date of purchase. If the client does not schedule an appointment within this period, the service is considered provided, with no possibility of refund.
5. REFUND POLICY
According to applicable legislation, the client benefits from the right to withdraw from the contract within **14 calendar days** from the date of purchase, provided that the service has not already been performed.
After the expiration of the 14-day period, paid amounts are no longer refundable, regardless of whether the service has been used or not.
After the expiration of the 60-day period from the purchase date, the service is considered completed.

The services provided are for aesthetic and relaxation purposes only and do not replace a medical consultation.
Results may vary from person to person, depending on individual skin or body characteristics. Dermastudio.ro cannot be held liable for individual reactions, allergies, or results different from client expectations, provided that the procedures are performed in accordance with professional standards.
The client is obliged to inform salon staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or known sensitivities prior to receiving the services.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of the website (texts, images, logos) is the property of Dermastudio.ro and may not be used without the written consent of the operator.
8. APPLICABLE LAW
This document is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
